• Ensures availability of stocks, develop and arrange promotional material, in store display and visual merchandising
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints. Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulation
• Ensuring Inventory management
• Complete store operational requirements, following up on work results and coordination with Head office
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
