By placing an order, you accept that you have carefully read, understood and accepted the present terms andthe Payal Pratap privacy policy. You will receive an e-mail from our team containing an order reference number with details of the product(s) you have ordered. The Order Reference is acknowledgment that we have received your order. We will contact you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided by you at the time of order placement. Additionally, we may limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors or any other unauthorized party. All payments made against purchases on payalpratap.com shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website.

All product prices for customers in India are inclusive of taxes and duties.

For customers with overseas delivery, all product prices displayed are inclusive of shipping costs if the order exceeds in value INR 25000 or USD 350 or its equivalent in other currencies. Import taxes and duties are not levied under certain value of purchases. This varies from one country to another. Please check the laws in your country before making a purchase. Shipping costs would be applicable for orders less than the threshold for free shipments as indicated above. As a recipient barring what has clearly been indicated as being borne by us, you would be responsible for any charges levied by the country you reside in, payments for which need to be made at the time of delivery in order to release your order from customs on arrival.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Debit and Credit Card payments (Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Cash On Delivery (COD) – only for deliveries within India
  • Net Banking

We only accept one form of payment per order.

Your purchase will be charged as soon as you successfully complete your order.

Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.
