JOB DESCRIPTION
- Expand store traffic, maximise profitability and meet sales targets
- Ensures availability of stocks, develop and arrange promotional material, in store display and visual merchandising
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints. Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulation
- Ensuring Inventory management
- Complete store operational requirements, following up on work results and coordination with Head office
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
